Altheha Drepaul is a Key Account Manager currently employed with Ajax Metal Forming Solutions.
Her career began in April, 2008 at Ajax Metal Forming Solution. Throughout the nine plus years working at Ajax she was able to complete the M-Powered fast track program in metal stamping, operations and setup, at the Hennepin Technical College. This is a three-part course,
Level 1 - Manufacturing Fundamentals, Level 11 – Manufacturing Metal forming &
Level 111 - Metal Stamping operations and setup
While working on the production floor she was given the opportunity to enter the skills-based apprenticeship program Ajax offers in 2009. Which is an 8000-hour apprenticeship program with a curriculum certified by the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS). This consists of 144 hours of schooling, 4000 hours on the job training & 50 hours of safety training. she was awarded with the Journey Worker certification as a Class a Machine Operator in 2012 she was the chair of Ajax safety leadership team in 2010, Act as a mentor to the women apprentices working at Ajax as those who would like to have a career in the growing manufacturing industry.
In 2013 she was promoted as a Key Account Manager in the office. Her role is to manage a few of Ajax largest customers.
